About the Role

As a Senior Substance Misuse Nurse, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to individuals struggling with substance misuse. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing treatment plans that address the complex needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver high standards of nursing care and psychosocial interventions to patients admitted to the service.
  2. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  3. Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  4. Provide education and support to patients and their families on substance misuse and recovery.

Requirements
