Job Title: Senior Band 6 Substance Misuse Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Band 6 Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatment and support services to individuals struggling with substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for clients with complex substance misuse needs
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with other services and agencies to ensure seamless care pathways for clients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and outcomes
