Job Title: Band 6 Substance Misuse Nurse

Location: HMP Highdown, Surrey

Salary: £35,392 - £42,618 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 6 Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team at HMP Highdown. As a key member of our integrated substance misuse team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of daily treatments and supporting service users in their recovery from drug or alcohol addiction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical and psychosocial interventions to service users
  • Work collaboratively with the intergrated substance misuse team to achieve treatment goals
  • Provide support and guidance to service users in their recovery journey

Requirements:

  • Registered nurse with a minimum of 1 year post-registration experience
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly on a rota basis
