We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Band 6 Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals struggling with substance misuse.

About the Role:

  • Provide expert nursing care and support to individuals with substance misuse issues
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct assessments and interventions to promote recovery and well-being
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and carers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to substance misuse
