SEN Education Support Worker

The Supply Register is a reputable education recruitment agency seeking a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to work with students with special educational needs. In this role, you will work closely with the school's SENCO to develop and implement effective support strategies for students with SEN.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with students with SEN, providing emotional support and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to create and implement tailored educational plans (TEPs) for students with SEN.
- Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
**Requirements and Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs is advantageous.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field are beneficial but not required.
