**Special Needs Teaching Assistant Wanted**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a SEND school in Exeter. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs, helping them to reach their full potential.

About the School:

This school provides a unique and supportive environment for students with complex needs or EHCP pupils. Our team is committed to delivering a high-quality education programme that meets the individual needs of each student.

The Role:

You will work as a SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting students with complex needs, and developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents. You will also contribute to the creation and implementation of educational plans and programmes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a UK driving licence, access to your own car, and a DBS on the update service. Resilience and a genuine commitment to supporting students' progress are essential for success as a SEN Teaching Assistant.

Estimated Salary:** £32,500 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Location: Exeter Type:** Full-time, long-term contract
