Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at GSL Education in Plymouth, working with students who require additional support and care.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting the educational needs of students with complex needs or EHCP pupils. You will work as part of a dynamic team to provide tailored support, often including one-to-one assistance and customised timetables based on thematic learning approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with complex needs or EHCP pupils in academic and daily activities.
- Employing interventions to manage behaviour and promote positive outcomes.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, long-term role with the potential for a permanent position at a SEND school in Exeter. The salary for this position is £83.33 per day (full-time, long-term).
