About the Position: As an Autism Assistant, you will play a vital role in our school community, working collaboratively with experienced educators to create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for our students. Your primary responsibility will be to assist pupils with Autism, helping them to navigate everyday situations, build meaningful relationships, and develop essential life skills.

Responsibilities and Requirements: Some of your key duties will include:
  1. • Supporting pupils with Autism in various settings, including classrooms, playgrounds, and extracurricular activities
    • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians
    • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and hygiene, when needed
    • Communicating effectively with colleagues and parents about student progress and well-being

Estimated Salary Range: £26,000 - £30,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
