About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and caring SEN Classroom Assistant to work closely with our teaching staff to support students aged 3 to 18 with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, behavioural challenges, sensory issues, physical disabilities, and communication difficulties.

The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, handle challenging situations, and provide emotional support to our students. Previous experience working with children, especially those with additional needs, would be beneficial, but we're more interested in finding someone with the right personality and attitude.

About You
  • You'll be a calm and compassionate individual who can bring a positive energy to the classroom.
  • You'll have experience working with children, particularly those with special needs.
  • You'll be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with colleagues, parents, and students.

In return for your dedication and hard work, you'll receive a competitive salary of £84,000 per year (pro-rata) and access to our state-of-the-art facilities, including art rooms, IT suites, drama studios, outdoor fields, and sports halls.
