The OpportunityThis senior role offers a highly competitive annual salary of £75,000 - £95,000, along with benefits that include retail discounts, an extra day of annual leave on birthdays, and an annual leave package that grows with your tenure. As a valued member of our team, you'll also enjoy professional registration and indemnity fee coverage, when applicable.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the practice team and empower them to achieve NHS objectives.
- Strategically manage costs and identify opportunities for business growth and development.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Senior-level experience in dental practice management.
- Proven leadership abilities and expertise in driving business performance.
- Prior experience in staff management, including performance evaluations and assessments.
- CQC registration as a Practice Manager or willingness to register, accompanied by a DBS check.
- Highly competitive annual salary £75,000 - £95,000.

- Extra day of annual leave on birthday.
- Annual leave package increases with length of service.
- GDC registration and medical indemnity fees are covered (if applicable).
