Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Conflict Resolution Instructor to join our team at Places Leisure. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality group workouts and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective group workouts, adhering to our company procedures and industry regulations.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge base and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 qualification (CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3 preferred).
  • A minimum of [£25,000 - £30,000] salary per annum, depending on experience.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including part-time and weekends.
