Adolescent Safeguarding Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Adolescent Safeguarding Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of adolescents at risk of harm, working closely with Police, Health, and Education colleagues to ensure a robust multi-agency response.
As a key member of our team, you will be expected to develop and lead a culture of partnership and innovation, ensuring that services are child-focused, flexible, and adaptable.
To be considered for this role, you will need 2 years of post-qualified experience in a Children's team, ideally with Adolescent Safeguarding experience.
