Job Description: Programme Management Professional

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a highly skilled Programme Management Professional to join our management team in Glenrothes and North East Fife.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing programmes, developing and implementing business plans, and driving operational excellence. You will also contribute to the strategic development of the organization and ensure that TRFS is effectively represented within key partnership forums.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
