About the Job

As a School Attendance Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of attendance and punctuality. You will be responsible for promoting excellent attendance, reducing absenteeism, and improving punctuality among students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote excellent attendance and reduce absenteeism.
  • Provide a warm welcome to visitors, serving as the first point of contact for the community.
  • Effectively coordinate meeting room bookings and school calendar.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous.
  • IT proficiency, particularly in SIMs, is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships with the school community.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
