Wellbeing Counsellor (EAP) Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wellbeing Counsellor to join our team, focusing on Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). As a hybrid role, you will combine counselling with EAP services to support individuals' mental health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver confidential counselling sessions to employees facing personal or work-related challenges, utilising evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans to address individuals' needs and promote resilience.
  • Collaborate with organisations to implement EAP initiatives, including workshops, training, and crisis intervention support.
Requirements:
  • Qualified counsellor with recognised accreditation and experience in providing EAP services.
  • Strong understanding of workplace dynamics and the ability to support individuals in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
