Wellbeing Counsellor - EAP Services

We are seeking a skilled Wellbeing Counsellor to join our team and provide Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services to organisations. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering counselling services to employees facing personal or work-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide confidential counselling sessions to employees, utilising evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address their needs and promote resilience.
  2. Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans to support individuals in a corporate setting.
  3. Collaborate with organisations to implement EAP initiatives, including workshops, training, and crisis intervention support.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified counsellor with recognised accreditation and experience in providing EAP services.
  2. Strong understanding of workplace dynamics and the ability to support individuals in a corporate setting.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
