We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Counsellor to join our dynamic team at The Portfolio Group. As a Counsellor, you will play a vital role in providing confidential and empathetic support to employees facing personal or work-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential counselling services to employees via telephone
  • Contribute to enhancing employee well-being and organizational productivity
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional services
  • Meet the required standards for BACP registration and Counselling Body membership
Requirements
  • BACP registered member or registered with a Counselling Body
  • Completed 150 hours or more of counselling experience
  • Degree in counselling or Level 4 diploma
  • 12 months of counselling experience
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, £30k - £34k DOE, plus a £3k overnight allowance (dependent on shifts worked), and fantastic benefits.
