About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Analyst to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital analytics function, you will play a critical role in supporting the assessment of our digital products across our various fascias.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a suite of dashboards to provide actionable insights and analytics to the digital product function.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for optimization of our websites and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the experimentation function to analyze A/B test results and inform data-driven decision making.
  • Build strong relationships with the product function and support the development of best-in-class product development cycles.
  • Utilize SQL, R/Python, and other tools to extract user journey insights and inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong visualizations and reporting to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a product or web analytics position, preferably in an e-commerce or retail business.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with R/Python a plus.
  • Experience with GA4, Big Query, and Optimizely (or alternative A/B testing tools).
  • Strong visualisation skills and ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
