What You'll Get

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent company benefits and definite progression opportunities.

Your New Role

  • Preparation of legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and property transactions;
  • Liaising and communicating with clients to gather information, explain processes, and provide updates on the progress of their property transaction;
  • Managing pre-completion checks;
  • Dealing with third parties such as estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and local authorities to facilitate transactions;
  • Managing deadlines and tracking key milestones.

Your Personality, Experience, and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role of at least 1 successful year within the Scottish market. Key skills required include audio typing, computer literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

To be considered, you must have a suitable legal qualification, such as Paralegal certification.
