Care and Support Lead Professional

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be part of a close-knit, supportive, and diverse team who help make a real difference to people's lives.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with day-to-day activities, encouraging independent living, and promoting personal growth. You will also supervise colleagues, lead team meetings, and support peers with their performance and professional development.
We offer full training and numerous pathways into senior and leadership positions to help you shape your career with us. Our roles can be full or part-time with various shift patterns available, including weekdays and weekends.
