About the Role:
  • To lead the development and implementation of Healthwatch Sunderland projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • To coordinate stakeholder engagement, building partnerships and collaborations to drive project success.
  • To manage project resources, including budgets, personnel, and timelines, ensuring efficient delivery of services and projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including community members, partners, and organizations.
  • To conduct research, gather intelligence, and respond to trends or gaps identified, informing project development and delivery.
  • To ensure data recording and management systems are in place, adhering to organizational standards and best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in project development, management, or leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £32,713 per annum, pro rata Scale Points Band 8a (£32,713 - £34,878 per annum pro-rata).
