Overview:

Talent84 is a leading company seeking an Electricity Infrastructure Development Lead to oversee the installation of machinery and ensure projects meet design specifications.

Job Summary:

This long-term role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all project implementations meet design requirements and responding promptly to field condition queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review electrical engineering technical specifications, bid documents, and construction service contracts for engineered equipment, materials engineering, and construction services.
  • Lead day-to-day design and construction management of IBMS and electrical interface works on projects, including procurement, installation, and commissioning.
  • Oversee scheduling and coordination of internal and external resources for project completion.
  • Manage job start and project closeout materials.
  • Provide electrical engineering support for manufacturing processes and equipment within the manufacturing facility by designing, specifying, purchasing, and constructing mechanical systems and components.
  • Prepare agendas, develop and maintain scope, business requirements, performance specifications, procurement strategy, safety plan, master project budgets, and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.
  • Ensure all punch list work is completed in a timely manner and does not interfere with the client's ability to occupy the space.

Benefits:

A minimum salary of £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this long-term contract based in Sunderland, UK.
