Job Title: Infrastructure Development Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and committed professional to join our engineering team in the North East region, based at our Sunderland office.

This role will involve providing crucial information to site managers and groundwork subcontractors, monitoring their work to ensure it meets drawing/specification requirements and is compliant with the programme.

You will be responsible for assisting with providing solutions for tendering opportunities and land bids, collaborating with design managers to deliver optimal layouts and supporting the production team with any engineering services required for projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide necessary information to site managers and groundwork subcontractors
  • Monitor work progress against programme and specifications
  • Assist with engineering solutions for tendering opportunities and land bids

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail. You will also possess a good understanding of construction practices and regulations.
