We are seeking an experienced Interim Governance and Projects Administrator to join our team at Utility People. As a key member of our Market Governance Team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Calendar and Inbox Management: Maintain and operate the Panel Secretariat calendar and inbox, coordinating event logistics and ensuring seamless communication.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the Market Governance Team to develop and implement plans, measuring progress and activities completed against these plans using project boards.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare project update meeting documents, review and update action items, and distribute to-do lists with prioritized tasks and assigned responsibilities.
- Minute-Taking and Reporting: Produce clear, concise minutes for market governance and programme meetings, ensuring accurate recording of actions and decisions.
- Website Management: Review and update the market governance sections of our website, ensuring timely publication of meeting documents and maintaining accurate information.
- Procurement Support: Manage the purchase order system on behalf of the Market Governance Team, ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes.
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in providing administrative support to enable effective project delivery.
- Proactive Approach: A proactive and positive attitude, with a can-do mindset and strong forward-planning skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) and experience with project management tools (Monday.Com, Sharepoint).
- Communication and Organization: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage diaries of internal and external stakeholders.
- Initiative and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with initiative and a proactive approach to task management.
