Care Team Leader Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Runwood Homes. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver person-centred care to our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained and effective communication is maintained with colleagues.
  • Assist the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in providing essential physical and mental care.
  • Administer medication and carry out medication audits.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience in person-centred care planning and caring for people with dementia.
  • Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
