Care Team Leader Role at Runwood Homes

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Runwood Homes. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Plan and implement care plans that promote independence, dignity, and security for our residents
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Assist the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in providing physical and mental care, administering medication, and conducting medication audits
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication within the team
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience in person-centred care planning and caring for individuals with dementia
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
