Care Team Leader Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Runwood Homes. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver person-centred care to our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care home.
  • Administer medication and conduct medication audits as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide effective communication with colleagues and residents.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience in person-centred care planning and caring for individuals with dementia.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
