About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Anaesthetic Team Leader to join our Theatre department and contribute to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Line management of specialist practitioners
- Supporting the Theatre Manager to develop skills and experience within the team
- Supporting the Theatre Services Manager with key performance indicators
- Improving patient experience of care and treatment
- Ensuring departmental areas are compliant with the CQC essential standards of quality and safety
Requirements
- Professional Registration with the NMC or HCPC
- Leadership and management skills to enable effective controls for the monitoring and management of the nursing, ODP and HCA staff
