Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality care services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
- Undertake performance and development reviews, creating personal development plans to support staff growth and aspirations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop staff rotas and optimize resource allocation.
- Provide administrative support, including data inputting and management of clinical and administrative systems.
- Contribute to service development, implementing standard processes and procedures, and suggesting improvements at team meetings.
- Establish effective relationships with external contacts and partnership agencies, ensuring Provide is represented as an outstanding organization.
