About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Runwood Homes. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to maintain the highest standards of care
  • Plan and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Assist the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in providing essential physical and mental care
  • Administer medication and carry out medication audits
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience in person-centred care planning and caring for people with dementia
  • Ability to lead a team and maintain accurate records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
