Overview:ProFind is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their team in Whitstable. With a rich history and a reputation as the market leader in the local area, this is an exciting opportunity to work with a close-knit team in a thriving, coastal market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Progression:Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial enquiry through to property viewings and negotiations. You'll guide buyers and sellers through their journey, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction every time.
- Customer Service Excellence:Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and regular communication to both buyers and vendors. Deliver exceptional service, reinforcing ProFind's reputation as Whitstable's go-to property expert.
- Market Knowledge:Develop an in-depth understanding of the local property market. Keep up to date with the latest trends, valuations, and property values to provide informed advice to clients.
- Lead Generation:Proactively seek new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand ProFind's client base.
