ProFind Property Recruitment is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their team in Whitstable. As a key member of our close-knit team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial enquiry through to property viewings and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Progression: Guide buyers and sellers through their journey, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction every time.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and regular communication to both buyers and vendors.
  • Market Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the local property market, keeping up to date with the latest trends, valuations, and property values.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seek new business opportunities through networking, canvassing, and following up on enquiries.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers effectively between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties.
  • Diary Management: Arrange and conduct property viewings, working closely with clients to manage their expectations and schedules.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property sales or a customer-facing role.
  • A strong passion for the property industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the local area is a plus.
  • Full UK driving licence.
Benefits:
  • Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
  • OTE: Up to £35,000.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm, with Saturdays on a rota.
