We are seeking a dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our thriving team of seven, contributing to our continued success in the property market. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be a key player in our sales team, working closely with clients to buy and sell properties while ensuring the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice.
  • Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties.
  • Sales Progression: Manage the sales process from offer to completion, keeping clients informed and supported at every step.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the local property market, providing clients with accurate and current market appraisals.

Requirements
