Worth Recruiting, a leading independent sales and lettings agency, is seeking an experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator to join our team in the Whitstable area.

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for residential property sales. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, negotiating sales, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers
  • Negotiate sales and lettings agreements
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Estate Agency or a related field
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Full UK driving license and car ownership
