Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team at Morgan Jones Limited in Whitstable. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in our sales team, working closely with clients to buy and sell properties while maintaining the highest level of service.

- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties.
- Sales Progression: Manage the sales process from offer to completion, keeping clients informed and supported at every step.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the local property market, providing clients with accurate and current market appraisals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, sharing insights and strategies to achieve collective goals.
- Experience: Previous experience in property sales is essential, with sales progression a distinct advantage.
- Sales Drive: A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to finding new opportunities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Organisation: Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organised under pressure.
- Local Knowledge: A good understanding of the Whitstable area and property market is a plus.
- Earnings Potential: Enjoy a competitive basic salary with substantial OTE of £30,000 - £35,000.
