Regional HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a Regional HR Business Partner. This is a key role that will require you to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their remit and provide HR support
  • Lead on complex ER cases and develop strong working relationships
  • Promote best practice across the business and present HR matters in a clear and concise manner
  • Work with line managers to identify key talent and develop strategies for employee retention and progression
  • Collaborate with the Resourcing team to improve recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Build key relationships with Trade Unions and on-site representatives

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of all aspects of HR management, strong stakeholder experience, and excellent communication skills. Experience in dealing with Trade Unions, TUPE, and complex employee relations cases is essential.

This is a hybrid role that requires you to work a couple of days from home and spend the other days travelling to sites across the region. The role comes with a competitive benefits package, including a car allowance, and a base salary of £45,000 - £50,000.
