As a key member of the corporate tax department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients, providing high-level tax advisory services and strategic guidance.
* Tax Planning and Compliance: Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize clients\u2019 tax positions, reviewing and advising on complex corporate tax matters, including M&A transactions and restructuring.
* Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support, overseeing the delivery of high-quality tax services and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand our client base and grow revenue, participating in networking events and industry forums to enhance the firm\u2019s reputation and visibility.

Requirements:

* ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive experience in corporate tax.
* Proven track record in providing strategic tax advice and managing complex client engagements.
* Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and compliance requirements.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* Business development acumen with a demonstrable track record of generating new business.
