About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the corporate tax team and driving the success of our client's new office in Reigate. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Senior Manager/Associate looking to take the next step into a partner role or an experienced partner seeking to contribute their expertise to a thriving and dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the corporate tax team and drive the success of the new office.
  • Identify and advise clients and staff on tax planning opportunities and undertake specialist technical work as required.
  • Work alongside other Managers and Directors to help develop new businesses within the team and build on existing relationships.
  • Responsible for the work and career development of a small team of Seniors and Trainee Accountants.
  • Involved in local networking events in the community, seminars, and the cross-selling of services.
  • This will be an autonomous position where you will sit alongside other partners to ensure the business is operating efficiently and planning future growth prospects.
Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in corporate tax at a senior manager/associate level or as an experienced partner.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, CTA).
  • Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
