Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join our team at TPF Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective relationships with a diverse client portfolio and working collaboratively with Partners to provide advice on various tax-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and prepare complex Corporate Tax returns
  • Handle enquiries from HMRC and address any queries regarding tax filings or payments
  • Contact clients to obtain additional information and identify tax planning opportunities
  • Work on research projects and provide support to Managers and Partners
  • Collaborate with Partners to provide advice on areas such as R&D tax relief, loss relief, capital allowances, group reorganisations and employee share schemes
Requirements:
  • Previous corporate tax experience gained within a UK accountancy practice
  • ATT / CTA / ACCA or ACA qualified or studying
  • Experience with specific tax software advantageous
  • Strong corporate awareness and relationship building skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and multitask workload effectively
