Pre-Construction Manager Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Pre-Construction Project Manager to lead our team at Faslane/Coulport.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of pre-construction activities, ensuring projects are set up for success from the outset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the pre-construction phase of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Develop and implement pre-construction strategies and plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on pre-construction activities.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 per annum
