Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support multiple projects and events
* Provide personalized career advice to students
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, understanding their individual needs, aspirations, and challenges
* Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external partners to create a supportive network for students
* Support students to progress, whether that is in college, university, or employment
Skills and Knowledge:
* Careers qualification or experience in providing careers IAG or experience supporting ESOL learners
* Experience working with students or adults
* Proactive and solutions-focused approach
* Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
