Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the careers section of our website, providing accurate and up-to-date information to learners.
  • Deliver a structured careers offer, ensuring comprehensive support for all learners, including action planning and progression planning.
  • Provide impartial information, advice, and guidance to individuals and groups on career progression and education.
  • Collaborate with Curriculum Managers, colleagues, and the Well-being and Transition Officer to develop careers-related activities and support learners in creating action plans for employment, education, and training.
  • Maintain an online Careers Library and resources, ensuring learners have access to relevant information and support.
  • Contribute to the college's intended destinations data and Quality in Careers Standard Award, ensuring we meet the highest standards of careers guidance.
