Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and support multiple projects and events to promote student success
* Provide personalized career advice to students, taking into account their individual needs, aspirations, and challenges
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, teaching staff, parents, and external partners to create a supportive network for students
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive environment that promotes student progress, whether that is in college, university, or employment

Skills and Knowledge:

* Careers qualification or experience in providing careers IAG or experience supporting ESOL learners
* Experience working with students or adults, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
* Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, with a commitment to inclusivity and diversity
