Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Careers IAG Advisor to join our team at The Sheffield College. As a Careers IAG Advisor, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' lives by helping them navigate their educational and career paths. The focus on high-quality and impartial advice ensures that you can provide the best possible support for our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support multiple projects and events to enhance student outcomes
  • Provide personalized career advice to students, helping them to achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external partners to create a supportive network for students
  • Support students to progress, whether that is in college, university, or employment

Requirements

  • Careers qualification or experience in providing careers IAG
  • Experience supporting ESOL learners
  • Experience working with students or adults
