We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Marula Lodge. This exciting opportunity allows you to work with a dynamic and award-winning care home, providing high-quality services to 42 residents with complex needs.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to deliver person-centered care, focusing on individualized support and promoting independence. Key responsibilities include observing resident progress, reporting changes in condition or care needs, and supporting daily living activities such as personal care and mealtimes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience working in care within the UK, as well as expertise in developing and maintaining good relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families. A salary of up to £25,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.
