Education Support Assistant for Diverse Learning Needs

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our primary school team in Wandsworth. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, working collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational support to students, including assisting with lesson planning and preparation, monitoring student progress, and providing feedback to teachers.
