Job Description
As a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive developmental histories, observing children during sessions, and ensuring questions are asked in an age-appropriate and compassionate manner. You will also be required to formulate a diagnosis, provide feedback to the family, and offer recommendations and signposting to local/national resources.

You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) in cases where further information is required and offer a separate follow-up session to conclude the diagnosis. Your responsibilities will also include producing high-quality diagnostic reports within 48 hours post-assessment, adhering to DSM-5 criteria and report templates.
