Nurse Specialist for Complex Care

Job Summary:
Thornbury Community Services is seeking a highly skilled Adult Nurse to join our team and provide bespoke care and support to individuals in their homes. As an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, we are committed to delivering exceptional care that enables our clients to achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to adults with complex needs in a community-based setting.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Provide expert care and support in areas such as ventilation, humidification, and oxygen therapy.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as medication administration and personal care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest care practices and techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months' experience as a qualified Adult Nurse in the UK.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of others.
