About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Yagoona or Liverpool. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer nursing and support services to individuals with complex needs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualifications
- Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Medication notation registration or willingness to complete a Board-approved qualification within 12 months
- NSW Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Check or willingness to obtain
- Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
