**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Advanced Practitioner to join our team at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. You will be responsible for leading the development of nursing services in medicine and providing high-quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Act as a change agent for the development of the service, driving innovation and improvement.
  2. Assist in the audit and data collection required for developing evidence-based nursing.
  3. Be involved in complaints handling according to the Trust's Complaints Procedure.

**Requirements:**

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Masters Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Evidence of effective leadership skills and experience in staff development.

**Salary:** The estimated annual salary is £59,250-£67,800, depending on experience.
